1. Dr. Karishma Kirti

Medical Champion

Dr. Karishma Kirti, a dedicated breast surgeon, goes beyond the operating room to champion awareness as a life-saving intervention. She believes that treatment can heal, but awareness prevents delays that often change outcomes. Through social media, workshops, and community engagements, she simplifies complex medical concepts, busts myths, and normalizes conversations around breast health. Her impact is evident in stories of women who, after learning about options like breast conservation and oncoplasty through her reels, overcame fear and sought timely treatment. With late-stage breast cancer diagnoses still alarmingly high in India, Dr. Karishma’s work bridges the gap between medical expertise and everyday understanding. By combining surgical excellence with compassion, education, and advocacy, she ensures women are empowered to take charge of their health. Her mission is not just to treat but to transform—turning fear into hope, silence into action, and awareness into a powerful tool for saving lives.
